Emma & Dan At Merricks General Wine Store

Merricks General Wine Store has so much incredible local history. 2022 marked 100 years of the General Store and if you've never been before, I highly recommened dropping by for either a more formal sit down lunch, or grab one of their famous sausage rolls and a coffee out in their verandah.

Throughout the day, Merricks General Wine Store is a cafe / restaurant, and also holds art exhibitions and specialty stores in the old house on site. It also double as one of the most intimate wedding venues on the Mornington Peninsula. Emma and Dan were married at the church within the local HMAS barracks as Dan works in the Australian Military. After their beautiful service at the church we spent some time down at Shoreham Beach with the wedding party before making our big entrance back to the General Store.

Throughout the night they cried, they laughed, danced, drank and ate. It was an epic day with their no-one but their nearest and dearest around.
