FAQS

Do you offer albums?

Plus icon

Yes. We work with Australia's finest printers to create albums built to last generations. Heirlooms, not files. Albums can be added to any package or ordered after your gallery is delivered.

Why don't you post your work online?

Plus icon

Because we think your photos should be yours to share—or not—as you decide. We've built our service around that principle. Every booking includes a non-disclosure agreement as standard. It's not a restriction; it's a feature.

Is privacy really that important?

Plus icon

For some couples, yes—professionally, personally, or simply as a preference. For others, it's just peace of mind. Either way, it costs you nothing and protects everyone. We'd rather offer it to all than make you ask for it.

Can we still post our own photos?

Plus icon

Of course. Your photos, your decision. Post them everywhere, nowhere, or somewhere in between. We just won't be the ones sharing them.

What makes you different from other photographers?

Plus icon

We've spent seven years documenting weddings on the Mornington Peninsula. We know the venues, the light, the timing. We've seen what works and what doesn't. That experience, combined with a genuine commitment to your privacy, means you get exceptional photography without compromise and complete control over where it ends up.

How do we know if we're the right fit?

Plus icon

Start a conversation. Tell us about your day, what matters to you, what you're looking for. We'll be honest about whether we're the right match. Not every couple needs what we offer, and that's fine. But if discretion, quality, and experience matter to you, we should talk.

What if we need to postpone or cancel?

Plus icon

Life happens. Our contract includes clear terms for postponement and cancellation. We'll always try to be reasonable—circumstances matter more than fine print.

Do you require a deposit?

Plus icon

Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due closer to the wedding. Payment terms are outlined in our proposal.

How far in advance should we book?

Plus icon

As early as you can. Popular dates—particularly on the Peninsula—book well ahead. That said, if your wedding is soon and we're available, we won't turn you away because of timing.

What's the booking process?

Plus icon

It starts with a conversation. Tell us about your day, ask your questions, and we'll do the same. If it's a good fit, we'll send through a proposal. A signed contract and deposit secure your date.

Do you photograph destination weddings?

Plus icon

Yes. If you're planning a wedding outside Victoria, interstate or overseas. we're happy to discuss it. Travel logistics are straightforward; we just need enough notice to plan properly.

Do you do videography?

Plus icon

Yes. We offer documentary wedding films with the same approach: real moments, shaped into story. Photography and videography can be booked together or separately.

How many photos will we receive?

Plus icon

We don't work to a number. You'll receive every image that meets our standard, typically several hundred for a full day, sometimes more. We'd rather deliver fewer exceptional images than pad a gallery with filler.

How long do you stay?

Plus icon

As long as you need us. Our packages are built around hours of coverage, and we'll help you determine what makes sense for your timeline. We'd rather be there for the moments that matter than leave early and miss something important.

How many photographers will be there?

Plus icon

That depends on the scale and structure of your day. Most weddings are covered by one or two photographers. We'll recommend what's appropriate during your consultation based on guest count, venue layout, and how the day is planned.

What's your photography style?

Plus icon

Documentary. We photograph what unfolds rather than directing it. The glances, the in-betweens, the unscripted moments. We're there to observe and capture, not orchestrate. That said, we understand that some moments benefit from gentle guidance, family portraits, for example and we handle those efficiently and naturally.

How can we see your work if you don't post online?

Plus icon

Our website includes a curated selection of images that represent our general style and approach. For anything more specific, tell us about your event, the venue, the feel, the details that matter to you and we'll send you a private gallery of relevant work to review which has been approved by the clients to showcase.

Where are you based?

Plus icon

We're based on the Mornington Peninsula, but we're not limited to it. If you'd like us at your wedding—wherever that may be—get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
